Our team of practitioners, pharmacists and support staff are all highly trained and dedicated to providing the best possible care. We believe in a collaborative approach to healthcare and work closely with each patient to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets their needs.
How did we start?
Our Founder and President, Dr Jill Coen PharmD started her pharmacy career as a pharmacy technician then continued on to complete her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Washington State University. Post-graduation she has worked as a Director of Pharmacy in a variety of environments to include a Surgical Hospital in Northern Idaho, a local Home Infusion facility, and most recently serves as the Director of Pharmacy within a local Behavioral health hospital. Jill enjoys mentoring and teaching pharmacy students and precepts pharmacy students often. These pharmacy experiences Jill has acquired ensure excellent patient care to each patient she serves. Jill is certified by the Washington State Pharmacy Association in adolescent and adult vaccinations as well as most recently certified in Pharmacogenomics (PGx) & Intravenous therapy. Jill has provided pharmacist innovative wellness care throughout the Inland Northwest for nearly 20 years. During her downtime, Jill enjoys spending time with her three boys snow skiing, riding mountain bikes or relaxing on her back patio with a great cup of coffee.
Jeri Campbell- Director of Client Services
Jeri is the most recent member of the Prevention NW team. During a career that spans over 30 years in management throughout the United States and Canada, Jeri has established her reputation for building and maintaining healthy business relationships with community organizations, companies and patients through excellent customer service, project management, organizational leadership and providing cost effective tools for her employer. Jeri is a big believer in company culture, enjoying what you do and who you do it with and the health and wellness of companies and their employees. Jeri was born and raised in Spokane, WA, moved to Canada in 1999 and is a dual citizen. Jeri volunteered and fundraised for breast cancer awareness, food banks and women’s abuse shelters while living in Canada. Jeri moved back to Spokane in the spring of 2018. On her time off from working, she enjoys anything that involves being on or in the water, reading and traveling.
Office Manager
Deborah has been with the company since its roots in 2014. Deborah has an extensive history of keeping everything within reach to always succeed. Prevention NW is very appreciative of her business insight, dedication to the overall goals of the company and excellent bookkeeping skills.
Sean BSP
Sean joined Prevention NW in 2020. Sean has actively been involved in patient care as a paramedic and firefighter for over 20 years. Sean graduated from Washington State University with his degree in Recreational Administration. He then continued his education at Central Washington University graduating with his Paramedic degree. Sean spent most of his career in Arizona but was raised here in Everett Washington. He uses his lifelong medical experience to ensure all of our mobile clinics and direct patient care operate efficient and safe. Sean takes his personal time to spend it with his family, snow skiing in the winter and enjoying everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Beth Crafton, RN
Beth brings to Prevention NW her positive upbeat attitude. Beth has held her RN license for over 30 years. She especially enjoys getting to know all of our patients, their medication and overall wellness needs. In her spare time, she enjoys kayaking, hiking and most of all traveling.
Edie Ward, Rph
Edie actively has been providing care to our patients since 2021. Edie focuses on disease state management. Her specialty is women's health promoting the use of bioidentical hormones. She also locally works for our Veteran community. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening on a sunny day, traveling near and far, knitting and watching her kids grow into amazing individuals.
Dr Jacob Crisp, PharmD
Jacob joined Prevention NW in 2020. Jacob is a WSU Doctor of Pharmacy graduate. He brings his clinical infusion and immunization expertise to our organization. He actively works in our community as a hospital pharmacist in addition to providing our patients needs at Prevention NW. Jacob takes advantage of our great weather in the spring and summer while hiking with his family, picks up a basketball from time to time and is a landscaping extraordinaire.
Shannon Potts, Rph
Shannon joined Prevention NW in 2020. Shannon takes every opportunity as a new adventure. She has been actively providing immunizations and Medication Therapy Management to our community after she moved to the Pacific Northwest over 10 years ago. During the summer months you will see her on her lake property in Northern Idaho soaking up the sun and enjoying her family.
Dr Kailey Phillips, PharmD
Kailey Graduated from Montana State University with her Doctorate in Pharmacy in 2017. Kailey is specialized in the naturopathic element of pharmacy compounding and Infusion therapy. She joined Prevention NW in 2020 & is certified in Pharmacogenomics to provide this additional service to our patients. Her husband is an avid fisherman, and you often will see her on a boat fishing or playing with her nephew during her down time.
Dr Michelle Nguyen, PharmD
Michelle is another Washington State University Doctor of Pharmacy graduate. She actively has been involved in our immunization program to ensure all of our patients are comfortably vaccinated. She not only provides Prevention NW her time but also works locally in Spokane for our veteran community. Her favorite things to do are try new restaurants, go on an adventure outdoors and enjoy a good coffee!
Lance: Tech specialist/Patient Care services
Lance is the backbone of all Information Technology for our company. If there is a connection issue or a new configuration, he is there. When he is not helping us at a moment's notice, you will see him up at the ski resort in Northern Idaho, mountain biking, camping or spending time with his family and friends.
Stacey Garland PMHNP
Stacey has 25 years of experience in the healthcare field as a registered nurse and psychiatric nurse practitioner, including both outpatient and inpatient. Stacey takes a very holistic approach to your body and mind. Every person's journey is unique, and she will work closely together with you to improve your journey. She offers diagnostic, medication management, and genetic testing for medication metabolism.
